ThinkEquity LLC acts as Co-Manager on Velti plc's U.S. IPO
SAN FRANCISCO, March 22, 2011 — ThinkEquity LLC — A Panmure Gordon Company, a leading investment banking boutique focused on growth companies and their investors, is pleased to announce the completion of the United States initial public offering of stock for Velti plc on January 31, 2011.
The Company issued 14,395,708 ordinary shares, including the over-allotment, at a price of $12.00 per share raising gross proceeds of approximately $172.7 million. ThinkEquity LLC acted as Co-Manager in this transaction. Velti's ordinary shares are now trading on the NASDAQ Global Select Market under the symbol "VELT".
