Balu Balakrishnan

Balu Balakrishnan joined Power Integrations in 1989, serving in a variety of roles before becoming president and COO in April 2001. He was named CEO and appointed to the company's board of directors in January 2002. Mr. Balakrishnan has more than 30 years of engineering, marketing and management experience in the semiconductor industry, including product-line management responsibility at National Semiconductor Corporation. He is the chief inventor of Power Integrations' TOPSwitch®, TinySwitch® and EcoSmart® technologies and holds 120 patents. Mr. Balakrishnan has received the Discover Award for Technological Innovation as well as a TechAmerica Innovator Award, both in recognition of the environmental benefits of EcoSmart technology. He holds a M.S.E.E. from the University of California, Los Angeles, and a B.S.E.E. from Bangalore University, India.

Ron Edgerton
President and CEO
iWatt

Ron Edgerton was appointed President and CEO of iWatt in March 2008. Ron brings a strong finance and operational management background to the company. He has a large amount of experience in managing start-ups and was previously CEO of SigmaTel. While under his direction, SigmaTel became a market leader in MP3 and high-end PC audio codecs, went public, and then developed into a diversified mixed signal company.

Prior to SigmaTel, he participated in several start-ups as an officer and/or consultant. Previously, he held the positions of General Manager at Kodak Digital Medical, CFO at Cyrix and Telinq Systems, and various marketing and financial roles at Northern Telecom and other companies.

Ron holds a Bachelors of Business Administration and an MBA in Finance from Western Michigan University.

Rajiv Khemani
Vice President and General Manager, Networking & Communications Division
Cavium Networks, Inc.

Rajiv Khemani is Vice President and General Manager of our Networking and Communications Division and has held this position since February 2009. Previously, Mr. Khemani served as our Vice President of Marketing and Sales since January 2007 and as our Vice President of Marketing since June 2003. Prior to joining us, from 1998 to May 2003, he worked for Intel Corporation, a microprocessor IC company. From 2002 to 2003, he served as General Manager of Intel's high-end network processor business unit. From 1999 to 2002, he served as Director of Marketing in Intel's network processor division where he led the product and technical marketing organizations to define and market Intel's network processor products and achieve industry-leading market share. He joined Intel through Intel's acquisition of Netboost, a network processor startup. Prior to Netboost, Mr. Khemani held engineering, marketing and management positions at Network Appliance and Sun Microsystems. He received a bachelor degree in Computer Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, New Delhi, an MS in Computer Science from New York University and an MBA from Stanford University Graduate School of Business.

Sandeep Vij
President and Chief Executive Officer
MIPS Technologies.

Mr. Vij brings to MIPS Technologies more than 20 years of senior-level management and marketing experience in the semiconductor industry. Prior to joining MIPS, he was Vice President and General Manager of the Broadband and Consumer Division of Cavium Networks, a leading provider of highly-integrated semiconductor products that enable intelligent processing in networking, communications, and connected home applications.

Prior to Cavium, Mr. Vij was on the executive staff of Xilinx Inc. for 12 years, where he was instrumental in growing the company's business by 3X to over $1.8 billion per year and enabling it to become the industry's largest programmable logic vendor. Mr. Vij also held roles at Xilinx as Vice President and General Manager of its General Products Division, and Vice President of Worldwide Marketing, Services and Support. Prior to Xilinx, Mr. Vij spent five years in various senior roles at Altera Corporation.

Mr. Vij is a graduate of General Electric's Edison Engineering Program and Advanced Courses in Engineering. He sits on the Board of Directors of Coherent Inc. He holds an MSEE from Stanford University and a BSEE from San Jose State University.
