An original member of ICG's advisory board, Doug joined the company full-time in September 1997 as Managing Director. Doug has had many roles at ICG including CEO of WiseWire Technologies, which was successfully sold to Lycos; Chairman of Verticalnet through its IPO; CEO of ICG Europe; and CEO of Mobility Technologies. In addition to these roles, Doug's primary focus at ICG has been to sponsor and oversee investments in several partner companies that have included Blackboard (Nasdaq: BBBB), Verticalnet (Nasdaq:VERT), eMerge Interactive (Nasdaq: EMRG), Arbinet-thexchange (Nasdaq: ARBX), WiseWire (acquired by Lycos), LinkShare (acquired by Rakuten), CreditTrade (sold to Creditex), StarCite, Mobility Technologies, and Investor Force. Doug currently serves on the boards of Channel Intelligence, Investor Force, ClickEquations, GovDelivery, ICG Commerce, StarCite,and WhiteFence.
Prior to joining ICG, Doug co-founded Reality Online in 1989. Reality Online was an early innovator in the development of award-winning financial planning tools and online services aimed at the individual investor. With the advent of the Internet, Doug transformed the company into a leading provider of Internet solutions to the retail brokerage industry, and then sold the company to Reuters in February 1994. Over the following 3 years, Doug became a key contributor to Reuters' many Internet initiatives and a frequent speaker on the Internet and its impact on the financial services industry. Prior to co-founding Reality Online, Doug was a partner with Strategic Management Group, a corporate training firm and three-time Inc. 500 company.
Peter Astiz

Peter M. Astiz focuses on general counsel services for high technology companies; private and public financing transactions; and mergers and acquisitions. Mr. Astiz represents both issuers and underwriters in initial public offerings and follow-on offerings as well as convertible debt offerings under Rule 144A. He also represents buyers and sellers in merger and acquisition transactions, including transactions with such companies as Cisco, Microsoft, Sun Microsystems, Motorola, Seagate, Juniper Networks and Verisign. Mr. Astiz also represents issuers and venture capitalists in venture capital and other private placement financings.
The San Francisco Business Times has named him among the best lawyers in the San Francisco Bay area.

Andy Atherton

Andy is COO and cofounder of Brand.net. Prior to Brand.net, Andy was Vice President of Global Pricing & Yield Management (PYM) for Yahoo!, responsible for maximizing monetization of Yahoo's $2B+ annual worldwide portfolio of display advertising. Andy created, developed and globalized the PYM function in his five years at Yahoo! Prior to Yahoo! he co-founded and was president of Optivo, a venture backed start-up that developed price optimization software for e-commerce retailers. Andy began his career at R.B. Webber & Co, a Silicon Valley strategy consultancy and venture fund. He received a B.S. in Engineering from MIT.
Bill Barhydt

Bill is responsible for the vision, strategy and overall corporate leadership for m-Via, the only cross border mobile money transfer service operating in the United States and Latin America.
Bill's 20+ years of Internet, gaming and payments experience includes executive management, board level, and advisory positions at well known companies including: Sennari, Netscape, Plaxo, WebSentric, Goldman Sachs and NASA. Bill has been involved in generating hundreds of millions of dollars in revenue and has raised close to $100 million in capital for various start-up companies. As CEO of mobile gaming company, Sennari, Bill established customer and partnership relationships with Verizon, Vodafone, Motorola, First Data, RadioShack, Qualcomm and others. Bill co-founded WebSentric for building group collaboration capabilities into standard web pages. At Plaxo, Bill worked on viral marketing and distribution strategy in the earliest days of the business setting the stage for massive viral growth. Bill is an investor in several gaming companies including Ignite Skill Racing, myTopia, Sennari, and ACTV8.
Sandeep Chainani
Sandeep Chainani is a Managing Director at Morgan Stanley Asset Management. He is a portfolio manager with the Growth Team, which manages investment funds across all market capitalizations. Sandeep joined Morgan Stanley in 1996. He received a Bachelor of Science in Management with a concentration in Finance from Binghamton University. He also holds the Chartered Financial Analyst designation.

Sergio holds a Doctorate in Electronics and Telecommunications from the Universita' di Firenze in Italy and Strathclyde University in Glasgow, UK and an MBA from Vanderbilt University.
Mitch Davis

An ardent gamer and digital entertainment pioneer, Davis has a long record of entrepreneurial success. As founder and CEO of Massive Incorporated, he revolutionized the video game industry by working closely with publishers and developers to build the world's finest and largest in-game advertising network which encompassed 40 publishers, including EA, Activision, THQ, Take 2, Sony Online Entertainment, Disney and Vivendi Universal Games. Massive was acquired by Microsoft in 2006. Davis' other entrepreneurial successes include co-founding Digital Rights, subsequently acquired by Liberty One, as well as co-founding Parcelhouse, an international middleware software developer with clients including FedEx, DHL, and IKEA.
Dixon Doll

For more than 35 years, Dixon Doll has influenced and guided entrepreneurs, investors and executives in the computer and communications industries. In recognition of his accomplishments in venture capital, Dixon was named by Forbes Magazine as one of the top 100 venture investors on its Midas List for four years in a row. In April, 2005, he was elected to the Board of Directors of the National Venture Capital Association (NVCA) in Washington, D.C. He also served as NVCA Chairman from 2008-2009 and as a member of their Executive Committee from 2007-2009. Under Dixon's leadership and direction as Chairman, the NVCA developed a widely recognized set of recommendations (NVCA 4-Pillar Plan) to help restore liquidity in the U.S. venture capital industry.
Dixon has led DCM's investments in About.com (Acquired by The New York Times Co.), @Motion (Acquired by Openwave), Clearwire (Nasdaq: CLWR), Foundry Networks (Nasdaq: FDRY), Internap (Nasdaq: INAP), Ipivot (Acquired by Intel) and Neutral Tandem (Nasdaq: TNDM) among others.
In the mid-1980's, Dixon co-founded the venture capital industry's first fund focused exclusively on telecommunications opportunities. Those funds launched such noteworthy companies as Alantec, Bridge Communication, Centillion Networks, Network Equipment Technologies, Optilink, Picturetel, Polycom and UUNet. Prior to becoming a venture capitalist, Dixon was the founder and CEO of an internationally recognized strategic consulting firm focused on telecommunications and computer networking. From 1972 to 1980, Dixon also served as a faculty member of the IBM Systems Research Institute in New York City. He authored the seminal text Data Communications published by John Wiley & Sons, Inc., 1978.
Dixon has traveled extensively to six continents to give highly sought after lectures and conference presentations. Through their family foundation, he and his wife Carol give generously to numerous educational and philanthropic organizations, including the Asian Art Museum of San Francisco (where he serves as Chair of the museum's dual governing boards), San Francisco Symphony, Kansas State University, the University of Michigan Business School, the Boys & Girls Clubs of San Francisco, the Stanford Institute for Economic Policy Research (SIEPR), the Hoover Institution at Stanford and the University of San Francisco where he has served as the Investment Committee Chair. He also has served as a trustee or advisory board member for each of these organizations. He received his B.S.E.E. degree (cum laude) from Kansas State University as well as M.S. and Ph.D. degrees in Electrical Engineering from the University of Michigan, where he was a National Science Foundation scholar.
Matthew Fix

Matthew is a Principal at Vodafone Ventures, a $200M fund focused on the mobile and digital media space. Matthew has invested in and is an active board member of Amobee, GameGround, Evolution Robotics, and Caringo and also invested in SNAP-in (acquired by Nuance), Perfecto Mobile, OBS Medical, and dotMobi (acquired by Afilias). Prior to joining Vodafone Ventures at the end of 2006 he was at Intel Capital, with a focus on software, open source, and Internet/digital media. Investments include Financial Engines (IPO), Datallegro (acquired by Microsoft), Spike Source, Black Duck, BayPackets (acquired by Genband), and Incesoft. Prior to Intel Capital, Matthew worked at a boutique merchant bank and for Robertson Stephens. He also founded a small communications company while an undergraduate at UC Berkeley, traded equity options on the floor of the pacific exchange, and was in the U.S. Navy Reserve. Matthew has an MBA from the University of Oxford.
Lyle Fong
CEO & Co-Founder, Lithium Technologies
Lyle Fong is the CEO & Co-Founder of Lithium Technologies, the leading provider of Social CRM solutions for the enterprise. Prior to starting Lithium Technologies, Lyle co-founded GX Media, where he was the CTO. He drove the development of Gamers.com, which was rated the #1 independent gaming portal by Nielsen NetRatings. Lyle was instrumental in raising a total of $15M in funding led by CMGI, negotiating multi-million dollar technology licensing deals with Dell, Sony, AltaVista, and Ziff-Davis, and spearheading the spin-off of Lithium Technologies. Lyle was also the driving force behind the creation of technologies for professional gaming, including a global rankings system, tournament engine, and a real-time match reporting and spectating system. Before Lithium Technologies and GX Media, Lyle launched two other startups - a specialized computer services business which has since expanded into one of the largest ISPs in China and a software consulting business, NetStreams.

Ken Gonzalez
Senior Vice President of Corporate Development
McAfee, Inc.
Ken Gonzalez is the senior vice president of corporate development at McAfee Inc., the leading dedicated security technology company. In this role he is responsible for the merger and acquisition activities, investments, inbound licensing and acquisition integration processes at McAfee. Gonzalez joined the company in March 2006.
Prior to joining McAfee, Gonzalez served as the vice president of corporate development at Siebel Systems the world's leading provider of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software. At Siebel, Gonzalez helped guide the company through 15 acquisitions including its $6 billion sale to Oracle Corporation in 2006. He also served as the vice president of corporate marketing while at Siebel and previously served in the United States Army as an infantry officer.
Gonzalez graduated from Harvard Business School with a masters degree in business administration and from the U.S. Military Academy with a bachelor of science in civil engineering.
Jeff Jordan
President and CEO, OpenTable, Inc.
Jeff Jordan joined OpenTable in May 2007 as its president and chief executive officer. In this role, he is responsible for setting and executing the company's strategy of bringing more restaurants and diners to the OpenTable network. Under his leadership, the company has demonstrated strong growth of both restaurants and diners, resulting in solid financial performance. Jordan took the company public in May 2009 which now trades on the NASDAQ under the ticker symbol "OPEN."
Prior to OpenTable, Jordan spent seven years of his career at eBay Inc. in a variety of roles, including president of PayPal and general manager of eBay's North American business unit. As president of PayPal, the Web-based payment system eBay acquired in 2002, Jordan was part of the team responsible for establishing the company as the global standard for online payments. Under his direction, PayPal expanded both beyond the eBay.com marketplace and internationally, resulting in a business that had 133 million user accounts and $38 billion in total payment volume at the end of his tenure. Prior to his role at PayPal, Jordan served as eBay's senior vice president and general manager of eBay North America. In that role, he helped build eBay into the world's leading ecommerce brand and spearheaded the acquisitions of PayPal and Half.com.
From September 1998 to September 1999, Jordan served as chief financial officer of Hollywood Entertainment Corporation, a video rental company, and president of its subsidiary, Reel.com. Previously, Jordan served in various capacities at The Walt Disney Corporation for eight years, most recently as senior vice president and chief financial officer of The Disney Store Worldwide. Before that, he worked for The Boston Consulting Group from 1987 to 1990. Jordan holds an MBA from the Stanford Graduate School of Business and a B.A. degree from Amherst College. He put himself through school working as a chef at Joe Theismann's Restaurant in Northern Virginia, as well as Restaurant LaTerrasse and The White Dog Café in Philadelphia. He serves on the Board of Directors of OpenTable, CafePress and LiveOps.
Vincent Kadar

Vincent has more than 16 years of executive experience in software technology companies for wireless and telecom networks operators. Prior to becoming President of Telepin Software Vincent was founder and CTO at Airwide Solutions, a leading provider of mobile messaging infrastructure. Prior to Airwide Solutions Mr. Kadar served as Director of Wireless Technology at InfoSpace Inc, and served in senior technology positions at CrossKeys Systems and Accenture. He is regular invited speaker at many international events and a contributing author to online and print publications as well as the Mobile Money Transactions Blog.
Brian O'Kelley
CEO and Cofounder, AppNexus
Brian O'Kelley is the CEO and Co-founder of AppNexus, an advanced ad management platform specializing in real-time advertising. Widely considered a visionary in the field of online media, Brian created the first successful ad exchange as CTO of Right Media (acquired by Yahoo for $850MM in July 2007). Prior to Right Media, Brian was CEO of Netamorphosis, an early social networking and e-commerce site for events and venues. Brian was also an early innovator in real-time personalization and real-time ad optimization at LogicSpan, a consulting and technology integration firm, and later co-founded Cetova, a web-based reporting and analytics platform for enterprise financial systems. While earning a computer science degree at Princeton University, Brian started a web design firm, building an open-source e-commerce engine used by more than 100 companies. Brian is an active partner at Grape Arbor, an angel investor group. Since its founding in 2006, Grape Arbor LLC has made investments into more than a dozen technology companies.
John Kunze

Before joining Xoom, John Kunze was the President and Chief Executive Officer, and member of the Board of Directors of Plumtree Software (NASDAQ: PLUM) from August 1998 until they were acquired by BEA Systems in October of 2005. Plumtree Software is a leading provider of enterprise software solutions for Corporate Portals and Composite Application development. Before joining Plumtree, Mr. Kunze worked at Adobe Systems from 1985 to 1998 where he led product marketing and later acted as the general manager of Adobe's Applications products.
Zohar Levkovitz

Zohar Levkovitz is the CEO of Amobee. Zohar has been at the forefront of mobile and internet technology development for over 10 years. As former CTO of Comverse 3G, MMS and WAP Push activities, Zohar led the development and compilation of several architectures and concepts, currently accepted as standards by the global telecom industry. During his tenure at Comverse Mr. Levkovitz held several key positions in the standardization bodies: Member at the 3GPP2 SC (TIA / EIA), chairperson for a strategic technology committee at OMA (WAP Forum), specification author for 3GPP. In addition, Mr. Levkovitz has gained experience in the online advertising arena as General Manager of Smartshopper.com and as a VP of Product Development at Hotbar.com Inc.
Mr. Levkovitz holds an MBA from Northwestern Kellogg, in affiliation with Tel-Aviv University.

Robert H. McCooey, Jr.

Robert H. McCooey, Jr. is the Senior Vice President of New Listings and the Capital Markets Group. In this role, Mr. McCooey manages NASDAQ's listings efforts both domestically and in the Americas and Asia Pacific region as well as leads the Capital Markets Group. Formed in 2006, the Capital Markets Group is primarily responsible for private equity, investment bank and other Wall Street constituent outreach and works to further NASDAQ OMX's mission to support their business goals and growth plans. Mr. McCooey joined NASDAQ in December 2006.
Prior to joining The Nasdaq Stock Market, Inc., Mr. McCooey served as the Chief Executive Officer of The Griswold Company, an agency he founded in 1988 which served prominent and developing buy-side institutions. He also served on the New York Stock Exchange Board of Executives from 2003 Đ 2006 and was a New York Stock Exchange Floor Official for eight terms. Mr. McCooey served on the NYSE's Group Market Performance Committee and was chairman of the NYSE's Technology and Planning Oversight Committee. In addition, he served on the Board of the NYSE Foundation, which he joined in 2003; the board of the Securities Industry Automation Corporation (SIAC), the technology subsidiary of the New York Stock Exchange and the American Stock Exchange; and on the Committee for Review, part of NYSE Regulation.
Mr. McCooey has been a regular guest on CNBC and has often been quoted in national news publications regarding stock market activity. He is a director of Iona Preparatory School, as well as St. Vincent's Hospital in Westchester, NY. Mr. McCooey attended the College of Holy Cross and resides in Rye, NY.
Sandy Miller

Sandy focuses on later-stage venture and growth equity investments in technology, Internet and digital media companies. He has over 30 years of venture capital and technology investment experience and has served on over 20 public, private and philanthropic boards. Sandy was recognized as one of the top 100 venture capitalists in the world by his inclusion in the 2007, 2008 and 2009 Forbes Midas Lists, and the AlwaysOn 2009 VC 100 List.
Sandy has led investments in Constant Contact, Data Domain, LiveOps, Merchant e-Solutions, Ngmoco, Placeware, SkyStream Networks, US Internetworking, and Zynga. He co-founded Thomas Weisel Partners and then ran U.S. later-stage venture investing at 3i, a global investment firm. He was also a Managing Director at Montgomery Securities, Merrill Lynch and DLJ, and a strategy consultant at Bain.
Sandy earned a BA from the University of Virginia (Phi Beta Kappa), an MBA from Stanford Business School and a JD from Stanford Law School.
Bhavani Rana
Director, Intel Capital
Bhavani joint Intel Capital in 2000 in India. Prior to joining Intel Capital, he worked with ASG-Omni, an early stage incubation firm focused on technology investments in India. During this time, he worked with early stage companies and worked on the incubation of Tejas Networks, a leading optical networking company in India. Prior to that, he worked with Arthur Andersen advising clients in the telecom and power sectors in India. At Intel, Bhavani's focus area is mobile investments, specifically mobile commerce, mobile marketing, digital media and security.
His investments include Clickandbuy (acquired by Deutsche Telecom), Speakeasy (acquired by Bestbuy), Airmagnet (acquired by Fluke Networks), Deccanet Designs (acquired by Flextronics), Nipuna (acquired by Satyam) and Clearwire (NASD:CLWR). Bhavani is a BoD observer and is responsible for Intel Capital's investments in Mformation Technologies, PGP Corporation, Singlepoint and Crisp Wireless.
Bhavani has an undergraduate degree in from Sydenham College, University of Bombay and is a Chartered Accountant.
Bill Ruckelshaus
Chief Financial Officer, AudienceScience
As CFO, Bill Ruckelshaus manages all financial strategy for AudienceScience.
Prior to joining AudienceScience, Bill was senior vice president of strategy and planning at Expedia, Inc., where he directed corporate development efforts for the company. He also oversaw corporate development activity for Expedia when it was part of IAC/InterActiveCorp. In his roles at Expedia, Bill directed Expedia's mergers and acquisitions and central strategy efforts, spearheaded relationship discussions with key partners, and evaluated opportunities to broaden and extend the scope of travel operations.
Bill has served in a number of senior positions including director of mergers and acquisitions for Credit Suisse First Boston Technology Group, where he advised the firm's Internet, software, and services clients in a variety of strategic transactions. Before that, he worked in the planning department at PepsiCo's Frito-Lay division, and was a consultant at Booz-Allen & Hamilton. Bill currently serves on the Board of Directors for Infospace.
Marc Ruxin

Marc leads UM's global innovation practice across businesses and disciplines. In this capacity he works with traditional media companies on cutting edge brand integrations, develops groundbreaking social media ideas, and works with VC's and emerging media technology start-ups to create scalable digital marketing opportunities for clients. Before joining UM/McCann, Marc was chief operating officer of The Mill Group, the leader in commercial visual effects, and Beam.tv, the leading advertising digital asset management system. Prior to The Mill, Marc was executive vice president of strategy at Gyro International, a global leader in technology advertising and marketing. Before that time, Marc served as vice president of business development at iVast, the early leader in MPEG4 technology, and as vice president of business development and marketing at Eveo, Inc., one of the earliest use- generated content portals. Mike Svatek

Mike drives Bazaarvoice's long-term product strategy and market roadmap. He works with global, strategic clients to understand their long-range business plans and ensure Bazaarvoice's roadmap is strategically aligned with the world's most respected retailers and manufacturers. Prior to joining Bazaarvoice, he was a founding executive at Baynote, a market leader in recommendations and social search. As the senior executive responsible for product management and marketing, Mike defined the core products and positioning and launched the company out of stealth mode. Mike oversaw the growth of Baynote's products and markets, culminating in hundreds of customer deployments globally. Prior to Baynote, Mike was Director of Product Management at Interwoven, and he has held various leadership positions in marketing, product management, and application development at Cisco Systems, Dell, and ExxonMobil.
He is an accomplished speaker and has published industry articles related to Internet technologies including social technologies, search and content management. Mike holds an MBA from the Haas School of Business, UC Berkeley, and a BBA from the McCombs School of Business at The University of Texas, Austin.
Tina Unterlaender

Tina Unterlaender is a noted expert on mobile marketing and smart phone applications. As Account Director of AKQA Mobile, she has led the creation of numerous well-known mobile campaigns, including the Gap StyleMixer, TargetŐs Gift Globe, Mc DonaldŐs The Lost Ring and several campaigns for Visa, including the Beijing Summer and the Vancouver Winter Olympics campaigns.
A German national, Unterlaender joined AKQA from New York-based MindMatics, where she was the Director of Mobile Marketing. Her responsibilities included mobile applications, messaging and campaigns for clients such as Boost Mobile, Shell, NBC, and New Line Cinema.
She is frequently invited to speak at key industry events and was recently brought to national attention by Fast Company with her expertise in the fast-growing iPhone app market.
Carl M. Wiese

As a portfolio manager and member of the investment strategy group, Mr. Wiese specializes in business and consumer services, financials, producer durables as well as non-traditional areas of growth. He has 18 years of experience, and has been a member of the investment management team for 8 years. Prior to joining Wall Street Associates, Carl worked for 4 years as an analyst/portfolio manager at Hokanson Capital Management, as well as 4 years at William O'Neil & Company as an analyst. Shayan Zadeh is the Co-Founder and Co-CEO of Zoosk. He is a computer scientist and businessman by training, football player by practice, and a self-aspiring actor. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Sharif University of Technology, a Master of Science in computer science from University of Maryland, and an MBA from University of Washington.
